CANCELLATION POLICY - NO SHOW
FOR STAYS IN AN APARTMENT
Flexible bookings - you may cancel your stay at La Cigale Residence up to 24 hours in advance free of charge (until 3 pm on the day before your arrival). In the event of a major crisis resulting in travel restrictions preventing any stay and confirmed by government policy, the stay will automatically be postponed to 18 months after the initial arrival date. You will not be contacted again by the hotel and you will have to indicate new dates to our Reservations Department. The deposit will be retained by the hotel if you do not wish to be refunded. If this is the case (in the event of a major crisis), you will receive a refund within 1 to 4 weeks and any booking will be cancelled in our system.
Prepaid bookings – also called “non-cancellable - non-refundable” – include a 5% discount on the flexible rate and may not be cancelled once payment has been made. In the event of a major crisis resulting in travel restrictions preventing any stay and confirmed by government policy, the stay will automatically be postponed to 18 months after the initial arrival date. You will not be contacted again by the hotel and you will have to indicate new dates to our Reservations Department. The amount due for the stay will not be refunded under any circumstances.
STAYS AT THE APARTHOTEL INCLUDING THALASSOTHERAPY TREATMENT
Cancellation fees will be determined based on the date on which the cancellation is notified. You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 15 days in advance. After this period, the full deposit will be retained.
All cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to our Reservations Department (reservation@miramar-lacigale.com).
Any deposit paid will be refunded for cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, the full deposit will be retained, however, we may also postpone the date with your agreement.

THALASSOTHERAPY TREATMENTS FOR NON-RESIDENT GUESTS
We ask for full payment for the desired services. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of arrival or in the event of a no show, we will retain the full amount already paid for the services.
